Available Models

MGP - 1
Mobile 1–2 TPH Gold Ore Crushing, Milling & Gravity Concentration Plant
Designed for prospecting, bulk sampling, test work and small-scale mining operations, the MGP-1 offers a compact and highly portable processing solution capable of treating 1 to 2 tonnes of gold ore per hour. Combining crushing, milling and gravity concentration into a single transportable plant, it provides reliable performance, rapid deployment and efficient gold recovery, making it ideal for exploration projects and remote mining applications.
Ore enters a heavy-duty hopper with a 100 mm sizing grizzly. A 300 mm sidewall conveyor moves sized material to the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher uses ribbed liners at a 20 mm setting for efficient crushing. Second conveyor transfers material to a splitter box with a 25 mm water inlet. Slurry is processed by dual hammer mills with adjustable outlet screens (300µm to 2mm). A vertical screw pump moves the milled slurry to the centrifugal concentrator. The concentrator isolates free and oxide gold, separating concentrate from tailings. Tailings are discharged via a dedicated pipe for storage or further processing.

Mobile 5 TPH Gold Ore Crushing, Milling & Gravity Concentration Plant
Designed for small to medium-scale commercial mining operations, the MGP-2 offers a powerful and efficient mobile processing solution capable of treating 5 tonnes of gold ore per hour. Combining crushing, milling and gravity concentration into a compact, transportable plant, it delivers reliable performance, rapid deployment and excellent gold recovery while minimising installation time and civil works.
Ore enters a heavy-duty hopper fitted with a 100 mm sizing grizzly. A 300 mm sidewall conveyor transfers the correctly sized material to the jaw crusher, which uses ribbed liners at a 20 mm closed-side setting for primary crushing. The crushed material then passes through a double-roll crusher set at approximately 7 mm for secondary size reduction. Material is milled in an attrition mill to achieve 100% passing 300 microns, with approximately 50% passing 80 microns. A vertical screw pump transfers the milled slurry to the centrifugal concentrator, where free and oxide gold are recovered as concentrate. Tailings and sulphide-bearing material report to the overflow and are discharged through a dedicated pipe for storage or further processing.

MGP - 3
Mobile 10–12 TPH Gold Ore Crushing, Milling & Gravity Concentration Plant
Designed for higher production mining operations, the MGP-3 provides a robust mobile processing solution capable of treating 10 to 12 tonnes of gold ore per hour. Featuring integrated crushing, milling and gravity concentration, the plant is engineered for continuous operation, dependable performance and maximum gold recovery, making it ideal for expanding mining projects requiring increased throughput and operational flexibility.
Ore enters a heavy-duty hopper fitted with a 320 mm sizing grizzly. A 600 mm sidewall feed conveyor transfers the correctly sized material to a 400 × 600 mm jaw crusher fitted with ribbed liners for primary crushing. The crushed material is discharged onto a 600 mm sidewall transfer conveyor and then moved by a 600 mm troughed conveyor to the milling section. Depending on the client’s requirements, the plant can be fitted with either an impact mill or a double-roll mill for secondary size reduction. Material then passes through a transfer launder into the attrition mill, where it is milled to achieve 100% passing 300 microns, with approximately 50% passing 80 microns. A vertical screw pump transfers the milled slurry to the gravity recovery section, where a primary 800 mm bowl centrifugal concentrator recovers the bulk of the free and oxide gold. The remaining material is then processed through a secondary 800 mm bowl centrifugal concentrator for further recovery and concentrate upgrading.
